"Series 1, slated for release March 16, will consist of Hal Jordan, Parallax, Black Hand and Kilowog. A Ganthet & Guardian figure set will also be made available. Look forward to a full press release along with new images tommorrow at 5pm sharp (8-16)!"

I'm also excited for First Appearances Series 3: "Modern First Appearances". With that we'll be getting a Casandra Cain Batgirl, a Jumpsuit Riddler, a Composite Superman, and a classic Nightwing.

The 12-inch line they're doing also looks neat. These may end up being a little pricey, but I just know I won't be able to pass them up...

Yeah, they're definitely making the best superhero/comic book figures around. It's just too bad they don't get better distribution....

You're right, they would have a bit of a problem with those "minor" or lesser-known characters....

I guess it's worth that extra bit of searching around and those extra couple of bucks considering the fact that we ARE getting tons and tons of those more obscure characters that wouldn't ever be made otherwise...

Man, if only Marvel characters could get this kind of treatment outside of Marvel Select. DCD really is on top of their game as far as making definitive versions of characters...
